| Rules of the Guild Italian_Army
INTRODUCTION
The Guild guarantees several rights and asks for a few duties. But the Guild is also and above all an opportunity to meet other Italian players (and, why not, foreign people who love Italy too) and to have fun with them.
RULES
1. To enter in the Guild it is not necessary any requirement but to pay the Joining Tax. To know the amount owned and the modalities of collection please see the Administration Section.
2. In the Guild it is imperative to respect the other members and to behave. For every offense to the other users one must pay a fine of 100k, while for every curse it will be asked a fine of 200k. In the case a member persists in such behaviour he will be banned immediatly from the Guild.
3. After three months of membership in the Guild one will be granted the rank of Senator. The Senator has the rensponsibility to collect taxes and fines and will also gain the power to access to the Guild Storage, and even the Notice power.
4. At least once every two weeks every member of the Guild has the opportunity to partecipate at the Caravan of the Guild. For modalities, start place and the jobs that will be done by the users please refer to the advices in Notice. This project has for goal the enrichment of the members.
5. When a member of the Guild reaches level 30 he has to make a taxi with the members of below levels at least once every two weeks for the time of one hour. Every member who wants to join the taxi has to pay 100k to the online Senator. This money will be stored in the Storage of the Guild, and will be used for the Guild’s up. In the case the members of the party want to go on with the taxi beyond the hour of the rule they have to pay again 100k to the online Senator, following the agreement of the member who is leading the taxi. The member of level 30 or beyond who refuses to follow this rule is sanctioned with a fine of 250k that will be stored in the Storage of the Guild. This rule is finalized to the increasing of the level of the members of the Guild, and therefore to the strenghtening of the Guild itself.
6. After a month of no partecipation in the Guild without justification for his absence the member will be banned.
7. Once every month there will be the Assembly of the Guild. The date and the hour of the assembly will be announced in the Notice with an advance notice that may vary from one week to three days before the Assembly. It is required the partecipation of every member.
8. In the Assembly will be discussed about the ongoing of the guild and will be heard, discussed and voted the suggestions of every member. It’s used the principle of majority. Possible variations to the fundamental rules of the Guild require the unanimous approvation of the members.
ADMINISTRATION
1. Every player who wishes to join the Guild has to pay the Joining Tax within two weeks from the day he was joined. The tax could pe paid even in instalments. Who doesn’t pay the Joining Tax within the time limit will be banned by the guild and there will be no warranty of return of possible previous instalments paid.
2. The Joining Tax is based upon the level of the joining player. Starting from 50k for players between Lvl1 and Lvl 5 it grows by 50k every 5 levels. For explanation see the tabel below:

3. The player who wants to re-join the guild after he had left it for any reason (ex. Ban, abandoned the game, abandoned the Guild,...) has to pay the Re-Joining Tax. This consists exactly of the double of the Joining Tax that would have to pay the member that requires the Re-joining. This strictness has for goal to avoid the leaving of the Guild and to punish who for any reason has left it, maybe joining another Guild.
4. If from the moment of the leaving of the guild to the re-joining the guild is, in the meanwhile, grown by one level the amount of the money that the rejoining member has to pay is doubled. Ex: a member Lvl 53 leaves the guild at lvl.2 and wants to rejoin at lvl 55, while the guild has reached lvl 3 has to pay 1,100,000 x 2 = 2,200,000.
From one week after the delivery of the Joining Tax every user has to pay a weekly tax to the Senators that corresponds at 2k for every level of the guild member (ex. Lvl 10=20k; Lvl 50=100k) |
